Darryl did a great job. This was a fix up job because the previous detailer did a terrible job, and lied to the company about me after I complained. Darryl was areal pro not like this other guy who was about as good as a car wash assistant. Darryl even helped with extra stuff like scratches. I guess it just depends on who you get. I spent a lot of time hassling with customer service to get the detail I paid for. Next time I will find Darryl.

This is not a comnplaint about my detailer - he was professional and did the best he could under the circumstances. It's the circumstance of below freezing temperatures that made it impossible for him to actually wash the car since the water kept freezing. All I got was an interior cleaning with an extra charge for pet hair but only a $20 discount for the lack of an exterior wash. - You shouldn't send detailers out in below freezing weather.
