I appreciated that he came from Seattle to take care of our order. I got the feeling that because he's new to the Portland area, he contracted the rest of the work out to people he may not have had a lot of experience with??? The carpet was not cleaned as much as we expected...it was wet, that's for sure. I would recommend the detailer and National Detail to anyone needing those services.
