What if the weather is bad the day of the appointment.
Please contact the customer and ask if they would like to reschedule. If they are unable to reschedule, please still accommodate their needs and do the best you can. Otherwise, proceed below.
I've tried to call the customer and can't get ahold of them to confirm their appointment.
We understand you wanting to confirm the appointment, but you should still be good to go on it. The customer puts a credit card on file when booking their appointment, so they're very aware that they have an appointment. We also send them a reminder email the day before.
What if I can't get a signed completion form?
We know you can't always get a signed completion form. We will contact the customer and verify that the job was completed to their satisfaction. Not having a completion form can slow your payment down until we can verify with the customer.
